We provide comprehensive advice throughout the life cycle of the development project ensuring seamless investment structuring from:
- Preparing a structure that caters to ring-fencing the asset owner (preferably registered outside the UAE), transferring land rights as the development, progresses, and raising finance through the financing arm of the companies,
- Forming all UAE companies and entities within the structure, with bespoke memorandums of association,
- Preparing the initial set of definitive agreements to implement the structure,
- Tax efficiency and accounting policy the structure, through
- Titling of the end units.

- Construction Payment Delays: Advising and assisting a large construction company on filing off-plan construction payment delays against the developer.
- Claiming compensation for a disputed property in the register: Advising and assisting a buyer who bought an apartment in an off-plan sale and after the development fell into distress, dealing with the judicial committee order and caiming compensation before Dubai Courts.
- Notices under SPAs: Reviewing a real estate Sale Purchase Agreement in the event of a seller/developer fault and sending notices.
- Response to Eviction Notice: Preparing comprehensive legal notice representing the tenants and ensuring that eviction is cancelled, and all legal obligations were met by the landlord.
- Eviction and other legal Notices: Preparing comprehensive legal notice representing the landlords addressing issues relating to rental disputes.
- Real Estate Development and Project Licences: Supporting the registration process for real estate project and facilitated the developer, project registration and off plan permit coordinating with the regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with applicable standards.
